SHISH KEBAB

SHISH  KEBAB:

INGREDIENTS:

300 gms  lamb tenderloin, cubed
1  onion, halved
1  tomato, cut into strips
1  each, green and red pepper, cut into chunks
4  cloves garlic, minced
Five - spice powder, salt and pepper, to taste
2  tbsp  oil

METHOD:
  • Marinate lamb in a mixture of five- spice powder, garlic, 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper for an hour at least.
  • Skewer meat along with onion and grill on a hot pan till brown and done.
  • Heat remaining oil and saute peppers and tomato till lightly browned. Serve along with kebabs.
NOTE -Serve with rice pilaf.
